Hello! Sometimes in English we must learn lists of expressions and collocations that we forget because we don’t use them. Nevertheless, something appear one that catch your attention and you are desiring to use as much as you can. In my case this has happened with “ patently obvious “ , so let’s se some examples in which could be used. For that purpose I bring you today two resources. While the first one shows frequency, area of application...the second one focus on different situations for using the collocation and it’s translation Which one do you prefer?

Task 2.4 Why we use thesaurus?

Hi there! Have you ever written a text in English in a particular topic in which you must use the same word every time? Perhaps you have the same sensation like me and you would like to enrich your text with a wide variety of words. For this purpose, you can use thesaurus . This resource will allow you to find synonyms and antonyms with are so important to have a big vocabulary range. In my case following the story of the blog I have searched the word “Energy” as I use it frequently. The results I have obtained are a wide range of synonyms and antonyms. Nevertheless you must choose the field if you want to obtain a more precise result, which in my case is satisfactory. In addition, you can have access to different examples that will help you to find the appropriate word. And you, have you search any word?

Hi there!  As we are dealing with language issues, why don't we focus on the primary word that resume the theme of this blog? Energy, could have different meanings depending on the dictionary we use. Let's use as an example and apply some tools for industrial technology subject at 1st of Bachiller level. According to the official curriculum, the common requirements for this subject are: Identify specific terminology: in this case the use of definitions and descriptions could be the most suitable strategy. Task 5: Redefining learning and teaching using technology

Hi there! Today I would like to show you this video of  Jason, a student passionate about ICT use in education working with Microsoft to promote the use of technology in the classroom. Nowadays, technology is part of a big variety of aspects in our daily life, and children are more get used to it than children of the past. That´s why I choose this video because I feel the student perspective is really important to take into account the teaching strategies in this day and age. Jason, expose that if the technology is part of our life and have transformed it, why don't use it to boost the learning process. What’s a blog?

Understanding the question Well, after first entry you know some information about me and my purpose with this blog but, What's a blog?   Of course, this question cannot be solved with just one answer because there a different definitions depending on the purpose of the author.   Acoording to the examples of this unit, we can find four different ideas different from each other: Example 1 : Shows a clear format of a learner blog according to TS3 and have the same aim that mines, as is in the ICT and Classroom dynamics for CLIC subject. Example 2:  This is a business oriented.  professional blog in which the responsablity lies on an organization instead of one person.
