Padlet is a really easy-to-use tool. Do you know it? Padlet can be used both by students and teachers. This tool allows you to create an online post-it board that you can share with anybody just giving them the link. With Padlet you can insert ideas anonymously or with your name. Is very intuitive. For further information, you can explore its possibilities   here From my point of view, there are different resources of Padlet that can be useful when it comes to organizing the classroom activities. I could spend hours speaking about the different options to organize the classroom daily life, but I would like to highlight the following: Brainstorming:  As I love collaborative work, with this tool you will be able to gather ideas from the different students. One example of using this could be the following: Give statement students have to discuss or a project about which students have to brainstorm. Share the board and let students share their ideas and comments. T...

Task 4.2 Cloud computing

The cloud" refers to servers that are accessed over the Internet, and the software and databases that run on those servers. Cloud servers are located in data centres all over the world. By using cloud computing, users and companies don't have to manage physical servers themselves or run software applications on their own machines. Regarding advantages it should be highlighted the price, the agility, next-generation achitectures and encapsulated management. Nevertheless, the cloud can fin some disadvantages like security, lack of control and reliability. Personally I really like to use services such us google drive when I am working. Specifically, I use it because I can collaborate with my workmates. Furthermore is really useful when you must work at home with your own devices. If you like cloud services, here you can find some resources: -  https://aws.amazon.com/free/ - https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/ - https://cloud.google.com/pricing/

Task 3.2 Interaction in class

Hi there, I have chosen ESO learning context where I would like to teach technology using ICT and Interaction methodologies. Instead of using a traditional exposition class, I would provide the unit information through a podcast. This resource is basically like a radio programme but with some difference that makes it a simple and more effective option. Firstly, it's really easy to create one podcast with low investment and thanks to short tutorials. Secondly, students will be able to listen to the lesson as much as they want in any place with a pair of headphones. If the interactivity process wants to be enhanced, students could work in groups to develop the activities of the unit using as well a podcast. Thanks to this methodology, several learning and teaching strategies in order to promote interaction in class could be applied using the podcast as a resource. The flipped classroom is a clear example of this, but more specific strategies such as debates, presentations or in...
